Cooking Steps
STEP 1/12
Please prepare the whole jokbal like the picture.

It's easy to cook because the part is cut off. Put jokbal in cold water and drain blood for an hour

Put jokbal in an instant pot, pour 2 liters of water, and add spices.

200ml of soy sauce, 8 tablespoons of cooking wine, 4 tablespoons of brown sugar, 2 tablespoons of coffee (dark is for coloring)

1. If you want to taste the sweet and salty taste more strongly, you can increase the amount of soy sauce and sugar (1 or 2 tablespoons) a little more. 2. Jeonghyang and Octagonal may have likes and dislikes for scents, so don't put it in if you're sensitive to scents. (I personally like Ohyang Jokbal scent, so I put it in.) 3. After draining the blood, add a lot of strong spices (Jeonghyang, Octagonal) and boil it, but if you are sensitive to smell, boil it in boiling water, wash jokbal in cold water, and proceed with the Wii cooking process.
