Add cooking oil and stir-fry shredded carrots Sprinkle salt on it

Put the soaked glass noodles in boiling water and stir until evenly boiled for 2 to 3 minutes

Drain and remove noodles, add 1/2T of minced garlic, 1T of raw sugar, 1T of oyster sauce, 1T of dark soy sauce, and chopped green onion and mix thoroughly

Stir-fry the glass noodles in a pan with a little oil left. Add the stir-fried carrots and mix

Cut the seaweed into four pieces

Dip the rice paper back and forth in the boiling water and remove it. Let's shake off the water

Put the seaweed on the rice paper and put the glass noodles on it. (It's easy to make because it's fried and lumped in the pan. Cut a chunk of it with scissors.)

Fold it on both sides and roll it all the way

Add cooking oil and fry seaweed rolls in a heated pan. Fry until rice paper is golden brown

It was bland, so I mixed it with 2T of cold noodles, 1.5T of ketchup, 1T of oyster sauce, and sesame seeds

Please add or subtract the amount of glass noodles as you like. I mixed carrots and stir-fried zucchini
