Ingredients
  • Pork belly meat
    400g
  • Garlic
    10piece
  • Shiitake mushroom
    3ea
  • Salt
    2little
  • thick soy sauce
    1.5T
  • Sesame
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Remove the bottom of shiitake mushrooms, wash them quickly under running water, remove moisture, and slice them a little thickly. If you wash mushrooms in water for a long time, they absorb water and become tasteless.
STEP 2/10
Slice 10 cloves of garlic, too.
STEP 3/10
Place pork belly on a heated pan and grill it until golden brown.
STEP 4/10
When the pork belly is cooked, cut it into bite-size pieces.
STEP 5/10
Add sliced garlic and stir-fry them together. Add 1 or 2 pinch of salt.
STEP 6/10
Pork belly will produce a lot of oil. If you put mushrooms in this state, the mushrooms absorb all the pork belly oil and eventually eat all the oil, so push the meat to one side of the pan and remove the pork belly oil with a kitchen towel or oil paper. If you remove it completely, leave a little oil as the ingredients dry up when you add the mushrooms and stir-fry them later. It depends on the type of mushroom, but the shiitake mushrooms I used absorb a lot of oil, so oil removal is essential.
STEP 7/10
Remove the oil, add the sliced mushrooms, and stir-fry them well.
STEP 8/10
When the mushroom is slightly out of breath, put the ingredients to one side of the pan, add 1.5T of thick soy sauce, boil it in a bubbling pan, and mix it with the ingredients.
STEP 9/10
If the seasoning is right, turn off the heat, sprinkle plenty of sesame seeds, and mix it once to complete the stir-fried pork belly mushroom garlic.
STEP 10/10
Put it in a bowl and enjoy it. It's light and savory, so it's good as a side dish or a side dish for alcohol
