It's good to take off a little bit of the oily part of the raw chicken and trim it. Add a lump of oil to the chicken's butt!

If you look inside, there's a lump of oil that looks like a shell, and that's also a snap! Cut it with scissors. Then, wash the insides clean with water.

Sprinkle a proper amount of salt and pepper on the cleanly washed chicken, shower it with your hands, and wait about 30 minutes for the liver to cut.

While waiting, make the sauce. I added 3 pieces of butter and minced garlic. The butter in the freezer didn't melt well, so I microwave it for 10 seconds and stir it.
STEP 5/6
After 30 minutes, take out the chicken that was marinated earlier and spread the sauce evenly back and forth.
STEP 6/6
I baked it at 160 degrees for 20 minutes + 180 degrees for 10 minutes. It's done!!
It tastes better with sweet potatoes or potatoes!
