It's a baby meat pancake that I made while researching how to eat beef well. It was a regular side dish that was often made for Doljeon because it was easy for a baby to chew with minced beef.

Ingredients
  • Steamed beef
    25g
  • Eggs
    1piece
  • Sesame oil
    1T
  • Non-glutinous rice flour
    1T
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Add 1 egg and 1T of rice flour.
STEP 2/4
Add 25g of minced beef and stir to mix well. Please season the baby with a little salt.
STEP 3/4
Place 1T of sesame oil in a frying pan and spoon the dough.
STEP 4/4
Bake well over medium-low heat until golden brown.
Rice flour can be omitted, but if you put it together, it will catch the smell of beef!
