Prepare 4 tomatoes, wash them by hand, and rinse them in running water.

After wiping the water off the tomatoes with a kitchen towel, remove the tip at the bottom.

To make it easier to peel tomatoes, cut tomatoes with a cross.

Put 850ml of water in a pot and boil the water over high heat.

When the water boils, put the cut tomato part downward, and when the water boils, turn off the gas stove when the skin of the tomato is peeled off.

Take out the blanched tomatoes one by one and put them in a strainer tray.

Add 1 tablespoon of honey and 2 skewers of salt. (If you want to eat it sweeter, add honey and salt to enhance the sweetness, so you can pass the salt.)

Use a blender or a hand blender to grind the tomatoes finely so that there are no lumps of tomatoes. (Taste it and add additional honey if it is not sweet enough.)

After grinding tomatoes, pour it into a cup to make tomato juice.
Honey is added to make it sweeter, so if you want it a little sweeter, add more honey.
