How to make smoked duck (paprika, leeks, onions, smoked duck)
Smoked duck stir-fry is easy to make, so I think it's good for dinner, housewarming food, and side dishes. Add your favorite vegetables, season it with salt, and stir-fry it. If you have chives at the end, it's delicious if you add chives. (Big drink: rice spoon measurement)

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Prepare 200g of smoked duck.
STEP 2/9
Slice red and yellow paprika and onion to about 3mm thick and chop chives to about 4cm long. Prepare 1 tablespoon of minced garlic instead of minced garlic. (It's good to add whole garlic.)

Put 200g of smoked duck meat and 1 tablespoon of minced garlic in a frying pan and stir-fry until the meat is soft as the garlic scent rises over medium heat.

Add 25g of chives and stir it a few times before turning off the gas stove. (If you stir-fry chives for a long time, the color will die, so don't stir-fry them for a long time.)
