Bali Fried Rice Nasi Goreng Recipe
I'm going to make nasi goreng today. Nasi goreng is Bali's representative fried rice, and goreng means 'fried'. I can't even travel to Bali, so I'm vicariously satisfied with making nasi goreng at home

Ingredients
  • Chicken meat
    150g
  • Cooking oil
    3T
  • onion
    1/2ea
  • Host
    1handful
  • white rice
    3bowl
  • Nasi goreng sauce
    150g
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Trim the ingredients. Prepare the boneless chicken by slicing it into small squares. Onions are also prepared by cutting them into similar sizes as chicken. Wash bean sprouts in running water and drain them on a strainer tray.
STEP 2/6
Grease a frying pan and cook the chicken well.
STEP 3/6
When the chicken is done, stir-fry the onions and bean sprouts.
STEP 4/6
Prepare the Nasi Goreng sauce you bought at the mart.
STEP 5/6
Add the nasi goreng sauce.
STEP 6/6
Stir-fry it for about 2 minutes, then add cold rice and stir-fry it.
Nasi goreng sauce is delicious because it is salty and has a strong flavor, but it can be a little greasy when you eat it. In that case, you can enjoy nasi goreng more deliciously if you add Cheongyang red pepper.
