Even if you don't have enough soy sauce, the water comes out of the onion after 2 or 3 hours, so the new onion is slightly soaked Let it ripen at room temperature for a day, then drain the soy sauce and boil it, cool it down, pour it again, and let it ripen in the refrigerator for 4-5 days
