Cooking Steps

Soak the pepper in vinegar, wash it clean, and dry it with a kitchen towel

Seasoning: red pepper powder 1.5, soy sauce 1, tuna fish sauce 1, oligosaccharide 1, water 1, chopped green onion 1, minced garlic 1, sesame oil 1, sesame seeds
