STEP 1/12
Melt 1 small piece of butter in a heated frying pan.

Add 1T of minced garlic.

Cut the green onions into smaller pieces.

Add the cleanly washed clams and stir-fry them over high heat.

Add 1T of cooking wine.

Cook the clams well until they open their mouths, then remove the skin by separating them for easy eating.

Make an egg scramble on one side of the frying pan.

When scrambled, stir-fry all ingredients together.

Stir-fry 2 bowls of cold rice and 1/2T of oyster sauce.

Spread 2T of curry powder so that it doesn't clump together, put it in, and stir-fry it to complete.

Now, you can plate with whatever inspiration comes into your mind^^ "Curry fried rice with clams that resemble sunflower flowers."

Stir-fry curry powder well over low heat so that it doesn't clump together.
I used minced garlic for my children's picky eating, but you can enjoy it more neatly if you slice garlic and cook it.
My family made multi-grain rice, so the color of the rice was red, so the curry color didn't come out well, but if you make curry fried rice with white rice, it looks better.
You can also add various vegetables at home and stir-fry them!
