STEP 1/13
I'm also frozen chicken leg meat, and the milk I bought didn't taste good, so I put enough milk to get rid of the smell and marinate it for about 30 minutes. You can skip this process. Of course, it would taste better if you remove the smell from the milk, right
STEP 2/13
Add plenty of cooking oil and cook chicken until golden.
STEP 3/13
Season slightly with salt and pepper.
STEP 4/13
When the chicken is 70% roasted, add a fist of whole garlic and cook it together. Wipe off the oil when the whole garlic is golden brown.
STEP 5/13
Cut two sweet potatoes into pieces. (I recommend cutting it thinly.)
STEP 6/13
Add 1 bag of tomato sauce and 1 tablespoon of red pepper paste. (I put in 170g of tomato sauce while cooking.)
STEP 7/13
Stir-fry sweet potatoes and chicken as if mixing.
STEP 8/13
As I said in the last soy sauce jjimdak, even if it looks like a lot, I'm easily discouraged. If you put in a bag of Chinese flat noodles and you think it's too much, you can put in a little bit. I soaked Chinese flat noodles in water for about 3 hours.
STEP 9/13
Now, if the glass noodles are mixed with the ingredients, add 200ml of whipped cream. I don't sell whipped cream, so I replaced it with cooking cream.
STEP 10/13
Add about 300ml of milk. So the ingredient says 300ml~1L, but if you're not going to put it in milk, it's written like that because you only put 300ml in it!
STEP 11/13
Now boil it down as it boils.
STEP 12/13
If it's bland, add a bit of salt. Don't leave the fire. The sauce gets cold easily.
STEP 13/13
It's all done now. I boiled it down a bit, so there's no sauce, but it's okay. (I thought it wouldn't boil down right away, so I went to watch TV a little bit, and this happened...haha)
