These days, malt comes out as a tea bag, so if you make it like barley tea, you can make it without grinding it. Put 1 bowl of rice in the rice cooker based on 4 tea bags.

Add 2.3 liters of water, 4 sikhye tea bags, heat the rice cooker and let it cool until a few grains of rice float.
