A light meal. Bean sprout mushroom rice
I cooked with bean sprouts for the first time since I got married. It's a huge dish of bean sprout mushroom rice. It's simple, but it's really delicious :P

  • Shiitake mushroom

  • instant rice

  • Soy sauce

  • Red pepper powder

  • Sesame oil

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Wash the vegetables thoroughly and prepare them
STEP 2/5
Grease the pan, spread the rice, and place the mushrooms on it.
STEP 3/5
When the mushrooms start to cook, mix the rice and mushrooms well and put the bean sprouts on top.
STEP 4/5
When the bean sprouts start to die, open the lid and mix well, and you're done!!
STEP 5/5
Set it up with the sauce you made in a bowl
It's good to mix it with dalaejang or bibim sauce to suit your taste!
