Making dalgona is so much fun. ^^ / How to make dalgona
Knock knock! The thrill of splitting (?) Dalgona is very popular these days because of the movie Squid Game, right? Our elementary school kid is also asking us to make dalgona while saying the squid game. I'm preparing to make dalgona as a snack for kids today.

Ingredients
  • Sugar
    1cup
  • baking soda
    1t
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Put two spoons of sugar on a ladle and start making dalgona by stirring the edges with wooden chopsticks on the gas stove.
STEP 2/10
The sugar melts quickly. The smell of melting sugar is very sweet.
STEP 3/10
When all the sugar has melted, add a pinch of siksoda and mix it quickly with wooden chopsticks. You can see the dalgona swelling.
STEP 4/10
Pour dalgona on the prepared paper foil.
STEP 5/10
Cool the dalgona slightly and press it with a presser to form a flat shape.
STEP 6/10
Get the mold ready.
STEP 7/10
Press down on the mold to shape it.
STEP 8/10
Let's cool it down a bit more.
STEP 9/10
If you don't have a mold at home, put chopsticks in the middle and eat it as dalgona candy^^
STEP 10/10
Put the leftover dalgona in a bowl and refrigerate it and put it in when you drink coffee at home. You can taste dalgona coffee^^
Dalgona sugar can burn quickly, so cook over low heat. Make sure to cool the dalgona slightly before pressing the dalgona presser. The deeper the dalgona mold, the more convenient it is to take it off later. After the dalgona cools enough, take it off and taste it.
