Clean the green onions and wash only the white stems.

Sieve it and cut it into 1-2cm pieces so that it is easy to eat in one bite.

Add red pepper powder, fish sauce, garlic, ginger and mix.

Add sesame salt and put it in a container.

Trim the green onions and cut only the white parts and wash them thoroughly in water.

Cut into 4-5cm lengths and cut in half lengthwise.

Sprinkle the green onions with fish sauce and marinate for 30 minutes. Turn it over once or twice in the middle and mix it.

Blend pear juice, onion, ginger, salted shrimp, garlic, and plum extract in a blender.

Soak red pepper powder in the ground seasoning.
STEP 10/11
Pour the ground seasoning into the pickled green onions and mix well.

Sprinkle sesame seeds and finish it.
- Depending on the amount of green onion, one step can change, so leave a little bit of fish sauce
