How to make ketchup fried rice

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
I prepared the ingredients. You can use bacon or other ham instead of sliced ham.

Chop up the ingredients.

Pour 2T of cooking oil and stir-fry green onions first to make green onion oil. When the green onion becomes transparent, add the rest of the ingredients and stir-fry. When the onion becomes transparent, push to one side and add the egg mixture.

Mix well, add 1T of soy sauce, simmer, and combine with the ingredients.

Add rice and stir-fry 2T of ketchup.
STEP 6/6
Add 1T of perilla oil to finish and mix and turn off the heat.
If you use it as instant rice, you can use it without heating it, or if you use hot rice, spread it out for a while and cool it down, and you can stir-fry it. Adjust the ketchup to your taste.
