Beef curry rice with plenty of ingredients
I like curry, so I make it if there are various vegetables. It's good to put pork or chicken instead of beef, and it's good to put sweet potatoes instead of potatoes. If you add tomatoes, you can eat them differently. Personally, I don't want to apologize! Today, I made the most frequently cooked beef curry over rice.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
We prepare all the ingredients by cutting them into squares. I cut it into small pieces because I have to pack it in my lunch box. First, put pepper on the beef and cook it with butter.
STEP 2/7
Beef is cooked to the point where there is no redness.
STEP 3/7
When the beef is cooked, add potatoes (4 pieces, 500g) and carrots (2/3 pieces, 200g).
Mix well and coat potatoes and carrots with butter.
STEP 4/7
Add onions (1 300g) and mix all ingredients well.
(You can add extra mushrooms.)
STEP 5/7
When the ingredients are well mixed, add water (1L) to the bowl. Boil the potatoes and carrots until they are cooked.
(The curry bag says to put 700ml, but I don't like it being too salty, so I add more water.)
STEP 6/7
When the potatoes and carrots are cooked, dissolve the boiling broth in curry powder (100g). (If you put the powder in right away, it's annoying to loosen it.)
STEP 7/7
Add curry to the broth and stir well and turn off the heat when desired liver and concentration are achieved. Curry that is always delicious has been made.
You can put any ingredients you want. It's delicious if you put sweet potatoes instead of potatoes.
