Cooking Steps
STEP 1/16
Before making fried tofu bag hot pot, soak 30g of glass noodles in cold water for more than 30 minutes.

Blanch the chives for about 30 seconds in boiling water, rinse them in cold water, and squeeze the water out.
STEP 3/16
Blanch frozen fried tofu in boiling water for about 3 minutes, rinse it in cold water, and squeeze the water out. You have to blanch the fried tofu so that it doesn't rip when you put the inside of the fried tofu bag and becomes oily, so you can enjoy it neatly.

Cut one end of the fried tofu with scissors.

Now it's time to make a fried tofu bag. I chopped the soaked glass noodles, chopped 90g of pork, 1 spoon of minced garlic, and chopped chives.

Add 0.5T of sugar, 1T of soy sauce, and a little pepper and mix well.

Open the inside of the cut fried tofu with scissors and add the filling ingredients.

I thought it would be hard to tie it up if I put in a lot of stuffing, so I only filled it in half.

Tie the mouth with blanched chives.

Please prepare the ingredients for the hot pot. Cut cabbage and long-legged fish cakes into bite-size pieces and stick them on skewers with fish cakes. Shiitake mushrooms are shaped with cuts.

Please prepare a large pot and lay down the cabbage first.

Place all ingredients such as fried tofu bag, fish cake, crown daisy, and shiitake mushroom around.

Add 600ml of anchovy stock and simmer.

When it starts to boil, add 1T of soy sauce. Adjust it to your taste and adjust the seasoning with salt.

Bring to a boil for 10 minutes or so, then chop the red pepper and finish.
