How to make a comfortable and reliable acorn jelly bowl

Cooking Steps

Add anchovies and kelp and boil the broth.

Cut kimchi into the broth from anchovy kelp. Season with fish sauce and soy sauce and add salt if insufficient. If you want to add rice, it's better to make it bland and make the seasoning stronger.
