This morning, Dotty wanted to eat mukbap, so I made an acorn muk bowl with one acorn muk. It's also called acorn jelly rice. It's a food that you eat coolly in cold soup in summer, and in winter, you put muk and rice in warm broth, so it feels full and comfortable inside and doesn't feel like you're going to gain a lot of weight.
