How to make stir-fried vegetables with Vienna sausage Onion saus
I made it with sausage and vegetables as a side dish that I can't get tired of anytime, but this time, I made stir-fried onion sausage with plenty of onions. I enjoyed the crunchy texture of the onion because it went well with the sausage. (Big drink: Rice spoon measurement.)

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
For 120g of Vienna sausage, you can cut it into 3-4 pieces one by one, and prepare it by making a cut. (The Vienna sausage I bought has a cut, so I didn't make a separate cut.)
STEP 2/9
Put Vienna sausage in a bowl, pour 400 to 500ml of hot water, leave it for about 5 minutes, and drain on a strainer.(If you parboil the sausage in hot water once, you can remove the salty taste and impurities from the sausage.)
STEP 3/9
Slice the onion a little thickly to 4-5mm thickness, and chop the green onion.
STEP 4/9
Put chopped green onions and 3 tablespoons of grape seed oil in a frying pan and make green onion oil over medium heat until the savory scent of green onions comes up.
STEP 5/9
When green onion oil is made, add Vienna sausage and stir-fry it over medium heat for 30 seconds to 1 minute until the sausage is coated with oil.
STEP 6/9
Add chopped onions and stir-fry while grilling.
STEP 7/9
Stir-fry onions and sausages, sprinkle salt and pepper, and stir-fry them until the onions become transparent.
STEP 8/9
Add 1.2 tablespoons of ketchup and 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce and stir-fry it, taste it, and add seasoning. (If it's sour, add oyster sauce and if you want to eat it more sour, add ketchup.)
STEP 9/9
If the seasoning is adjusted to suit your taste, turn off the heat and sprinkle sesame seeds, and you're done making stir-fried sausage and vegetables.
If you sprinkle salt and pepper, the onion is soaked in seasoning, adding flavor, and the moisture comes out moist, reducing the time to stir-fry. Oyster sauce has different salinity from brand to brand, so it's good to stir-fry about 1 tablespoon at first, taste it, and add more.
