Cooking Steps

Wash the rapeseed thoroughly and prepare it.

Blanch slightly in boiling water. (Adjusting the blanching time according to the softness of the rape.)

After blanching, rinse in cold water, squeeze out the water, and cut it in pieces.
STEP 4/6
Put the remaining seasoning in the bowl except for blanched rape and sesame oil.
STEP 5/6
Add strength to your fingertips, mix the vegetables together, and add sesame oil at the end and mix lightly.
STEP 6/6
It's good to put it in a bowl and eat it right away, and make sure to refrigerate what's left.
Blanch the strong rape for a longer time and cook it not tough. It tastes better when the texture is crunchy.
