Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Please check the above ingredients and prepare them. Break the ramen into small pieces with your hands. Prepare the green onions by cutting them into small pieces.

Boil 500ml of water.
STEP 3/9
When the water starts to boil, add ramen noodles, soup, and chopped green onions.
STEP 4/9
After about a minute, add 1.5T of perilla powder.
STEP 5/9
One egg is going in.
STEP 6/9
After adding perilla powder and eggs, stir with a spoon or other tool.
STEP 7/9
When it's been 2 minutes and 30 seconds to 3 minutes since you started cooking ramen, add 200g of rice.
STEP 8/9
Add rice, stir well, and turn off the gas stove by adjusting the texture of the ramen to suit your taste. Turn off the gas stove and add sesame oil.
STEP 9/9
If you put it in a big bowl, it's done!
