  • Tofu
    100g
  • Broccoli
    30g
  • Sesame oil
    1T
  • Salt
    0.1T
  • Sesame
    0.5T
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Parboil the tofu in hot water.
STEP 2/6
Chop the blanched broccoli very finely.
STEP 3/6
In a large bowl, mash 100g of tofu well with a spoon or other tool. Then add about 0.1T of salt to season.
STEP 4/6
1T of sesame oil is going in.
STEP 5/6
Add about 0.5T of chopped broccoli and sesame seeds.
STEP 6/6
When all the ingredients are in it, stir to mix well and it's done.
This is a recipe for side dishes that my 30-month-old daughter actually eats.
