Cooking Steps

Prepare shiitake mushrooms, onions, zucchini, tofu, etc.

Slice shiitake mushrooms, cut zucchini in 4th order, and cut onion into big pieces.

For a spicy and cool taste, cut a piece of vinegar and cut the tofu in a proper size, although it's not in the picture
