Making super-simple Matcha Spread
I really like Matcha. I bought a lot of Matcha powder at home, and I wanted to put it on Yogo bread. There was whipped cream, and I had a feeling that this was supposed to be made. So today, I'm going to make sweet and bitter Matcha Spray. You can spread bread, scones, cookies, etc.

Ingredients
  • Matcha powder
    150g
  • whipped cream
    500ml
  • Milk
    200ml
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Pour milk into the whipped cream.
STEP 2/8
And sift in the green tea powder.
STEP 3/8
Mix evenly so that there are no lumps.
STEP 4/8
If you don't have sugar in your Matcha Powder or want it sweeter, you can add a little more sugar.
STEP 5/8
I'll officially start making it. First, boil the Matcha cream milk over high heat until the middle.
STEP 6/8
When it boils up, lower the heat to medium and simmer, stirring constantly.
STEP 7/8
Then, the color gets darker. When it gets thick and the color gets darker, it's well-made. In this situation, turn off the heat, put it in a hot sterilized bottle, cool it down, and refrigerate it before eating.
STEP 8/8
It's done!
Be careful not to overflow. Mix it evenly so that it doesn't burn.
