Cut tofu into bite-size pieces.

Pour cooking oil in a heated pan and put tofu on top.

Bake until the front and back are golden brown.

Chop the green onions.

Mix the seasoning ingredients and anchovy broth evenly in a bowl.

Put the seasoning in the baked tofu, cover it over low heat for a while, and slowly boil it down.

Put it in a bowl and eat it when it's hot.
In order for the liver to permeate the inside of the tofu, the seasoning should be a little salty, and when it is boiled down, boil it down slowly over low heat.
