STEP 1/7
Cut 155g of zucchini in half lengthwise and cut it into 4-5mm thick pieces.
STEP 2/7
Slice green onions, shred onions into 2-3mm thick pieces, and prepare 0.6 tablespoons of minced garlic.
STEP 3/7
Put zucchini, onion, 0.6 tablespoon minced garlic, and 2 tablespoon grape seed oil in a frying pan and stir-fry them over medium heat. (I forgot to put minced garlic at the end, so you can stir-fry it first.)
STEP 4/7
When you stir-fry zucchini, the color becomes darker than the first time, and stir-fry it while rummaging until it is slightly bent.
When the pumpkin is cooked and bent, it's all cooked.
STEP 5/7
Add 0.25 tablespoons of salt and 0.3 tablespoons of red pepper powder.
STEP 6/7
Stir-fry zucchini evenly so that it has red pepper powder color.
Taste it and add a little salt if it feels bland.
STEP 7/7
Lastly, if you sprinkle sesame seeds, the recipe for stir-fried zucchini is complete. (Please refer to the fact that after cooking, minced garlic and green onion are remembered, and then put it back in and stir-fry it.)
Stir-fry minced garlic and green onions first.
If you're going to eat it with your child, you can skip the pepper powder.
