I used a mix for the dough. Add water and stir until it does not lump.

Since it's a direct fire mold, put it on a medium-low heat first and preheat it back and forth for about 3 minutes.

Prepare cooking oil or melted butter so that the outside is golden brown and apply cooking oil evenly with a brush.

Then spread the dough out about 1/3 of the mold.

I'll put in the red bean paste. Spread it thinly and put it in the middle. It's good to eat evenly and looks prettier.

Cover the dough over the red bean paste.

Cover and cook over low heat for 2 to 3 minutes, then cook on the flip side.

When it's golden brown, it's done.

It's really crunchy when you grill it right away. It's more hygienic because it's made at home, and it's fun to make it like playing with children. ^^
After making it, you have to put it evenly in the mold to make the bungeo-ppang look pretty.
