STEP 1/8
Put cooking oil in a frying pan and add chopped green onions to make green onion oil.

Break 2 eggs into one side of the frying pan.

Scrambled and mixed with green onions.

Boil 2T of soy sauce in one side of the frying pan.
STEP 5/8
Mix the boiled soy sauce with the scrambled eggs.

Add 2 bowls of cold rice and 1/2T of oyster sauce.

Stir-fry oyster sauce to mix well with rice and turn off the stove heat.

Lastly, add 1T of sesame oil and mix it. If you have sesame seeds, you can sprinkle them with your fingertips
If you add ham, sausage, shrimp, and vegetables to your taste, it'll be a better dish, but it's so delicious even if you just add green onions and eggs^^ Lastly, put mozzarella cheese on top of fried rice and melt it slightly in the microwave.
