STEP 1/8
Cut fish cake in half and cut it into 12cm thick pieces.

Slice green onions, shred carrots and onions to about 3mm thick and prepare 0.7 tablespoons of minced garlic.

Put fish cake, carrots, onions, and minced garlic in the pan. (I even put green onions in the pan, but you can put green onions at the end.)

Add 3 tablespoons of grape seed oil, 2.5 tablespoons of dark soy sauce, and 2 tablespoons of oligosaccharide.

Stir-fry the vegetables over medium or medium-low heat for 3-minute until they are crispy, and stir-fry them until the fish cake becomes soft with soy sauce color.

If it is bland, add dark soy sauce, and if it is not sweet enough, add oligosaccharide to season it.
When seasoned, stir-fry sliced green onions and turn off the gas stove.

Add 0.5 tablespoon of sesame oil and stir.

Lastly, if you sprinkle sesame seeds, the recipe for stir-fried fish cake is complete.
Add green onions at the end.
If you want to eat it slightly spicy, cut Cheongyang red pepper and add it or add red pepper powder.
