I'm a grooming mackerel. I used mackerel recommended by Jeju's Ttolbang Mom, who I learned while blogging. It is a mackerel that is almost weak in liver, so it is very good for people who eat it blandly, especially for children.

Cut the radish into 2cm thick pieces.

Slice green onions and cheongyang peppers sideways.

Add 1 spoon of soy sauce, 1 spoon of dark soy sauce, 2 spoons of red pepper powder, a little bit of ginger powder, 1 spoon of minced garlic, 2 spoons of cooking wine, 1 spoon of plum juice, and 1 spoon of sugar and mix well. Since it's salted mackerel, I made the seasoning a little weak, but if it's not seasoned at all, you can add 2 spoons of soy sauce.

First, cook the radish. If you just cook it, it takes a long time to cook the radish and the seasoning is hard to soak, so if you cook it half-cooked like this, it will cook the same as the mackerel. Place the radish in a pot and pour 5 cups of rice water. Add 1 spoon of sugar if radish is not sweet. Rice water helps to control the fishy smell of mackerel. If you do this, you can melt the sweetness of radish in the soup into the rice hot water, so you can taste the mackerel more delicious, light and savory. And you can get rid of the fishy taste.

When the radish is tender, place the mackerel on top and sprinkle with the sauce. The ripeness of the radish is cooked when it becomes a little transparent. Please leave some sauce.

Place vegetables on top of it and top with the remaining sauce. You have to open the lid and boil it over high heat to get rid of the fishy smell. Boil it for about 10 minutes.

When the sauce is all spread out, reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 15 minutes.

I forgot to put Cheongyang in, so I put it in later. Braised mackerel boiled with national fish mackerel is complete. My family likes it with soup like this. I like to mix rice with soup. The mackerel is fresh, so it doesn't taste fishy at all, so the soup is very delicious.

Steamed mackerel with rice thief is also delicious, and seasoned radish is more delicious. I like radish better than fish in braised mackerel. It's sweet because it's soft, so chopsticks keep going. The radish is still sweet, so it's more delicious and spicy if it's seasoned like this.

It's really delicious because it goes well with the sweetness that comes first when you take a bite. If you eat it when you don't have an appetite, your runaway appetite comes back again, so two bowls of rice is basic. It's so delicious if you eat radish without the meat of braised radish, which has the best chewy taste

Braised mackerel, which you can eat with delicious rice quickly, even if there are no other side dishes, a bowl of rice is basic just by braised mackerel braised alone. The fish meat is so delicious and the radish soup is amazing. My husband is drinking with alcohol again. All the food seems to be a side dish. It's braised mackerel with fresh mackerel and radish.
To catch the fishy smell and create a deep taste, I used rice water and added sweetness with plum juice instead of sugar. I wanted to eat the soup, so I made it myself.
