Beef bulgogi (Seojin's bulgogi kimbap recipe)
What I'm curious about is that I've made all of Seojin's gimbap in the practice book I used bulgogi to make stir-fried food It's a small amount of seasoning recipe

  • Cellophane noodles

  • Cooking oil
    2T
  • thick soy sauce
    3T
  • Pear juice
    6T
  • Water
    3T
  • Sesame oil
    1T
  • crushed garlic
    1T
  • Sugar

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Shred 1/2 onion and slice 1 green onion in similar length as onion
STEP 2/8
Put 2T of cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry 5tolls of whole garlic
STEP 3/8
When garlic is cooked, add green onions and onions and stir-fry
STEP 4/8
After removing blood from the beef, marinate it for about 10 minutes and stir-fry it together when the vegetables are cooked
STEP 5/8
Remove the roots of cilantro and chop it in pieces
STEP 6/8
Soak the glass noodles in hot water and stir-fry them together when the meat is cooked
STEP 7/8
Add 2/3 of the cilantro and stir-fry together
STEP 8/8
Place the stir-fried bulgogi in a bowl and top with the remaining cilantro
