[Baby Food] Baby Beef Bulgogi Recipe Making Seasoning Simple wit
Based on the rice spoon/ I got a discount on beef bulgogi at the mart, so I quickly picked it up and made beef bulgogi for luck. In the past, onions and pears were ground to make seasoning or simply made into baby pear juice. Today, the baby's pear juice ran out, so I made it with a very famous ground pear drink. It's simple but delicious seasoning is completed quickly, so I think I'll use it often in the future :)

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Beef removes blood with a kitchen towel.
STEP 2/8
Grind 1/2 onion in a blender or grater.
STEP 3/8
Make bulgogi seasoning by adding 1T of minced garlic, 5T of dark soy sauce, 1T of oligosaccharide, 3T of cooking wine, 1T of sesame oil, and 1T of pepper to 150ml of ground onion and pear drink.
STEP 4/8
Let it soak in the refrigerator for more than an hour.
STEP 5/8
Cut as many vegetables as you want. I put green onions, onions, and mushrooms.
STEP 6/8
Put a little brown rice oil on the pan and cook the marinated meat first.
STEP 7/8
When the meat is cooked to a certain extent, add the prepared vegetables and stir-fry together.
STEP 8/8
Stir-fry all ingredients until evenly cooked.
Adjust the amount of soy sauce and oligosaccharide depending on the baby's liver. The meat was definitely softer after letting it marinate for a long time. The beef bulgogi that I fried the next day was much softer.

I followed the recipe, but it's also quite salty for adults to eat. 1 year old (my baby is 20 months old) It's too salty for a low-salt baby. If you're going to use thick soy sauce, as the recipe says, parents of low-salt, 1-2-year-old infants, I think you should consider how to cook it by lowering it to 1-2T.
