STEP 1/10
Wash a handful of bean sprouts in cold water and drain them
STEP 2/10
In the meantime, make the sauce. Add half a spoon of minced garlic, 4 spoons of dark soy sauce, 1 spoon of red pepper powder, and chopped green onion. (I'll add sesame oil and sesame seeds at the end.)
STEP 3/10
Stir-fry beef in the heated green onion oil.
STEP 4/10
It's convenient to use minced beef. I cut it into small pieces and stir-fry it to a certain extent because it's for soup.
STEP 5/10
When the meat is slightly cooked, I put in bean sprouts and cut them with scissors. It smells like bean sprouts while stir-frying, and add a spoonful of soju and stir-fry it quickly over medium to high heat to remove moisture.
STEP 6/10
Add the sauce and stir-fry evenly.
STEP 7/10
Add a bowl of rice and stir-fry it together. If you stir-fry it for too long, the crunchy texture of bean sprouts will decrease.
STEP 8/10
Turn off the heat and sprinkle sesame oil and sesame seeds.
STEP 9/10
*If you want to eat it prettily, put it in a soup bowl
STEP 10/10
Place the plate on top and turn it upside down. ^^*
It's delicious when you wrap it with grilled seaweed. Pork is okay instead of beef!
