STEP 1/6
Chop the onions, carrots, and green onions and prepare the tofu in a square shape. Frozen shrimp with shells on their tails defrost quickly if you soak them in water! Remove the tail skin from the thawed shrimp.
STEP 2/6
Put square-shaped tofu in an earthen pot, add a cup of water based on a paper cup, and when it starts to stop, add salted shrimp!
Water 1: Egg 1 ratio, but if you want to make it softer, you can add a little more water or a little bit of milk!
STEP 3/6
Whisk eggs with chopsticks while tofu is boiling in an earthen pot.
STEP 4/6
When the water with tofu in the earthen pot starts to dry up, add the beaten eggs and keep stirring in one direction so that the eggs do not stick to the bottom of the earthen pot! When the eggs get soft like in the picture
STEP 5/6
Put onions, carrots, shrimp, and green onions on steamed eggs, cover them, lower the heat, heat them for 5 minutes, and cook them with the remaining heat.
STEP 6/6
I opened the lid, and wow! The shrimp and all the vegetables are well cooked. Steamed eggs didn't burn on the bottom and didn't stick to the bottom of the earthen pot! If an egg sticks to the bottom of the pot, it's bad to wash the dishes. It's done!
When making steamed eggs for kids, you put tofu in it so you can eat enough protein!
