Clean the chives, wash them, drain them, and prepare them. Then pour 2/3 cups of fish sauce into the roots of the chives and marinate for at least 10 minutes.

Add half a cup of red pepper powder, 2/3 cup of plum juice, and 1/3 cup of ground garlic and mix gently up and down. Rather than mixing it like cabbage kimchi, mixing it up and down like this is the charm of chives kimchi and it's convenient to take it out and eat it.
