How to make Seasoned Spring Seasoned Chives and Soy Sauce
Since spring green onions are in season, green onions are not spicy and sweet, so it's delicious no matter what you do. Spring onion salad is a delicacy, but I blanched it in boiling water and ate it. It's good to mix sweet and sour with red pepper paste, but I mixed it with soy sauce and perilla oil because the spicy taste is a bit burdensome. I like it because you can enjoy the natural taste of green onion with minimal seasoning and it's not stimulating. The scent of perilla oil and the taste of soy sauce extract form a fantastic collaboration, and I think the sweet taste and crunchy texture of green onion are the biggest attractions of seasoned green onion.

  • Scallions

  • fish sauce
    1spoon
  • Korean style soy sauce
    1spoon
  • perilla oil
    2spoon
  • Sesame
    1spoon
  • Water

  • Salt
    1spoon
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Please trim the chives and wash them.
STEP 2/4
Add 1 spoonful of salt to boiling water and green onions, turn over well and blanch until breathtaking for about 1 minute.
STEP 3/4
Remove green onions, rinse them in cold water, drain them through a sieve, and cut green onions into 5-6cm pieces.
STEP 4/4
Add fish sauce, soy sauce, perilla oil, sesame seeds and mix well.
- You have to blanch the chives lightly for a minute until you're out of breath.
