Cut the cabbage into bite-size pieces, wash it in water about three times, and strain it through a sieve.

Break an egg into a bowl and shake it with chopsticks! Please release it! I'm going to make scrambled eggs. Luna added 2 spoons of milk for a softer scrambled egg! You can skip it!

If you have time, it's good to drain the tofu in advance. I removed the fire with a kitchen towel. Cut the dried tofu into square shapes.

Place baked tofu on one side, reduce heat to medium low and pour egg mixture over the other side. When the edges are cooked, stir quickly in one direction and turn off the heat as soon as they are cooked, driving them to the center. Put tofu and scrambled eggs on a plate first...

Put a little bit of oil on the pan and stir-fry the drained cabbages over high heat. When it's done, add oyster sauce, stir-fry it, and when it's almost done, add tofu and scrambled eggs to mix the seasoning!
If you add more oyster sauce, there is no problem with simple side dishes.
