Making orange juice with live pulp

  • erythritol

  • Water
    100ml
  • Ice

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Peel an orange and prepare only the pulp. Cut the pulp individually and put them all in a blender.
STEP 2/4
Add 1 small spoon of honey (based on teaspoon).
STEP 3/4
Add half a tablespoon of erythritol. Add 100ml of water and 3 ice cubes and grind for 1 minute.
STEP 4/4
Put the juice in a cup and it's done.
The texture is good because the skin is ground. If you want to keep the pulp alive, turn the blender for just 30 seconds. A sweet and refreshing orange juice is completed. It is also perfect for pregnant women's orange juice with sugar substitutes. I hope you have a refreshing and pleasant day.
