Dip the badger's gamut in half a cup of soju in cold water for about 10 minutes and rinse it 2-3 times in cold water.

Put soybean paste, coffee, soju, garlic, ginger, green onion in boiling water, add badger's gamut, boil it for about 5 minutes, rinse it in cold water, and drain it through a sieve.

Cut the badger hat into pieces. Chop vegetables, garlic, ginger and red pepper. I used vegetables in the refrigerator, but you can add perilla leaves or onions and cabbage.

Grease a heated frying pan and stir-fry green onion, garlic, and ginger.

Add carrot and garlic stems and stir-fry salt timidly.

Add Badger Gammu, soy sauce, sugar and soju, and stir-fry for about 10 minutes to soak in the sauce. Add perilla seeds and perilla oil, add pepper and mix well.
- If you parboil it once with soju and soybean paste to get rid of the smell, it has a clean taste.
- You can use vegetables as much as you like, or if you don't have them, you can leave.
