How to make Jongwon Baek Japanese Sweet Radish
I looked at the Jongwon Baek recipe, put simple ingredients, and cooked over medium-low heat to make braised radish. Radish with braised fish is so delicious, but sometimes I want to eat a light dish that takes advantage of the original taste of the ingredients. I modified the Jongwon Baek recipe I thought it would taste better, so boiling 1L of water with kelp and anchovies would take a lot of time and seasoning, so I reduced it to 500ml and reduced the amount of soy sauce and sugar. By boiling down the radish with simple ingredients and recipes, the soft and sweet smell of soy sauce and ginger and the sweet taste of radish make you feel like you are in a Japanese restaurant. Radish in Donguibogam is said to be the cheapest ingredient for our body, so it's like braised radish for a long time, so I think I can call it braised radish because it feels like braised radish for a long time. It was so delicious that two family members almost ate the whole pot.
