I made jjajang ramen for lunch alone. We don't have jjajang ramen, but we made it with spicy Jin Ramen and powdered jjajang. It's a bit disappointing because it's not thick noodles, but I added rice and rice cake and made jjajang and jjajang and ra-bokki.

Cooking Steps

My ramen is spicy. And I made jjajang ramen using the jjijung powder that I bought as seasoning powder.

Put the ingredients and powder in one spicy ramen in a pot. And add 2 tablespoons of Jjajang powder.

Then pour 2 + 1/2 cups of water and mix well.

And I added 1 big spoon of oyster sauce.

Add 1 cup of tteokbokki rice cake wrapped in water.

Then, put the pot on a gas stove and boil it while stirring so that the rice cakes do not stick to the bottom of the pot

When the soup boils evenly, add ramen.

And cook the ramen while mixing it. When the ramen is cooked gently, cut 1 green onion diagonally and boil it again
