How to make egg rolls Spinach Carrot egg rolls
I made it with blanched spinach and shredded carrots because I wanted to eat it more deliciously than rolled egg rolls with only eggs, but it didn't look pretty, but I could eat vegetables and eggs together. (Big drink: Rice spoon measurement/Please refer to it.)

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Prepare 4 eggs, 45g of blanched spinach, and 25g of shredded carrots. (You can reduce the amount of spinach and carrots.)

Put 4 eggs in a bowl, add 0.2 tablespoons of salt, 0.15 tablespoons of brown sugar, and 0.4 tablespoons of cooking wine, and mix the eggs with a spoon to make egg water.

Put grape seed oil on a frying pan and pour egg water on low heat.

Before the eggs are cooked, put the blanched spinach and shredded carrots on top of the eggs. (It's better to reduce the amount.)

Roll the egg from one end. (It is better to use low heat near medium heat for controlling the gas stove.)

Roll it once, then roll it to the end of the egg or leave a little egg and roll it. (It's good to use two fritters.)

Pour the egg water and roll it again, and repeat the process of rolling it until the egg is finished.

If you want to make an angled egg roll shape, use a spoon or a spatula to slightly tap both ends of the egg roll and shape it. (You can pass this one.)
