I bought a live fish cake at Seosan Dongmun Market and made a fish cake stew and fish cake seafood ramen. Seosan Market is good because the sea is close by and there are fresh seafood that are alive. It is also called Gaetgajae, and it is said that April-May is the season, but it is hard to see it in the city. Like the name Gaetgajae, it tastes like lobster if you eat it with flesh. The skin is strong and sharp, so it's a little annoying to put it on, but it's sweet and chewy, so it's as delicious as crabs and crayfish.
