STEP 1/6
Cut half of the apples into small pieces and grind the other half on a grater to juice.

Pour a jar of baby yogurt (85g) into the grated apple and add half a banana.

Add 1 egg, mash the banana with a fork and mix well.

Add rice flour and adjust the thickness of the dough. It's thick but you can knead it to the point where it drips. I put in two and a half spoons of rice powder.

Mix the chopped apples in the batter and divide into muffin molds.
STEP 6/6
Put it in a steamer and steam it over medium heat for 20 minutes.
If you want to check if it's cooked well, use chopsticks
Poke it! If there's nothing on it, it's cooked well.
If the dough is watery, it can become dry bread, so it's important to control the wateryness.
