Cooking Steps
STEP 1/15
Put 15g of dried seaweed in a bowl, receive water, and wash it twice with your hands.
STEP 2/15
Add 1.5 liters of water to the washed seaweed and soak it for about 10-20 minutes.
STEP 3/15
Cut the swollen seaweed into bite-sized pieces with scissors and put only the seaweed in the strainer tray. (You can throw away the seaweed soaked water but use it as broth.)
STEP 4/15
Wipe 140g of beef with a kitchen towel so that there is no blood left. (If there is blood left, it may smell like a fishy smell.)
STEP 5/15
Prepare 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and 1 coin stock. (If you don't have coin stock, you can pass it.)
STEP 6/15
Put beef, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, and 1 tablespoon of perilla oil in a pot and stir-fry while grilling until the beef is ripe over medium or medium heat.
STEP 7/15
Add 1-2 pinch of salt to season the beef.
STEP 8/15
Add the soaked seaweed and stir-fry it for about 3 minutes over a medium gas heat until the seaweed is soft.
STEP 9/15
When the seaweed is soft, add 1.5 liters of water (soaked water) and 1 coin stock and toss it.
STEP 10/15
Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of sand lance extract, stir, and boil over high heat.
STEP 11/15
Boil seaweed soup over high heat and remove the foam that rises as it boils.
STEP 12/15
After removing the foam, cover the lid and boil it for 30 minutes over low gas heat until the taste of beef and seaweed is deep. (Since the heat varies from house to house, boil it not over high heat, and if the soup overflows over the lid, open the lid slightly and cook it while playing.)
STEP 13/15
After a little over 30 minutes, stir-fry seaweed soup and check the amount of soup and the condition of the ingredients.
STEP 14/15
If the amount of seaweed soup has decreased a lot, add additional water, boil it quickly, taste it, and season it.(If you think it's too bland, add soy sauce or fish sauce and boil it a little longer. If you think it's salty and not enough soup, add water and boil it once more.)
STEP 15/15
Add water and boil a bit of beef seaweed soup over high heat, and you're done making seaweed soup deliciously.
Wipe the blood off the meat with a kitchen towel to remove the smell of the beef. You can add bottled water for seaweed soup, but it is also good to add rice hot water or seaweed soaked water and add about 1 coin broth. When you first make seaweed soup, boil it for about 30 minutes. Seaweed soup tastes better the longer it boils. When you heat up the seaweed soup, the taste of the seaweed soup changes to salty, so add water and heat it up.
