a simple seasoned seaweed
This is fresh kimchi that I made last summer. It's good to make it when you want something sour. The vinegar I used (Costco) is too sour, so you have to add less than Korean vinegar.

    1~2spoon
  • Red pepper powder
    1spoon
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Please soak the seaweed for at least 30 minutes.
STEP 2/4
Prepare the ingredients while the seaweed is soaking!
STEP 3/4
Chop the garlic and slice the onions thinly.
STEP 4/4
Squeeze the well-fired seaweed well and mix it with the seasonings. Don't put too much seasoning at once, and it's good to find the taste you like by adding a little bit. I liked putting a lot of sesame seeds because it was savory.
