How to make tofu japchae
I bought 1+1 tofu at the mart and put one in when I made gochujang stew, so I was thinking about making something different, not something common like braised tofu or fried tofu, so I looked for it and made it into a noodle japchae

  • Shiitake mushroom

  • Cheongyang red pepper

  • thick soy sauce
    1.5spoon
  • Starch syrup
    1.5spoon
  • Sesame oil
    1spoon
  • Sesame
    1spoon
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Cut tofu into 1cm thick pieces to remove moisture and season with salt and pepper.
STEP 2/8
Grease a frying pan with cooking oil and fry until the surface of the tofu is firm.
STEP 3/8
Chop onions, shiitake mushrooms, and peppers.
STEP 4/8
Grease a pan with cooking oil and stir-fry onions and shiitake mushrooms.
STEP 5/8
Cut the tofu into long pieces, put it in a pan, and stir-fry them together.
STEP 6/8
Add 1.5T of soy sauce and 1.5T of starch syrup.
STEP 7/8
Add pepper and 1T of sesame oil.
STEP 8/8
Put it on a plate and sprinkle sesame seeds. It's done!
You can add bell pepper or paprika instead of green pepper.
