STEP 1/9
Chop carrots and onions into small pieces. And prepare an egg and a creamy one.
STEP 2/9
Tear the crami with your hands. If you make it into porridge anyway, it'll unravel quickly, so tear it roughly.
STEP 3/9
Beat in the eggs, please.
STEP 4/9
Put 1 tablespoon of perilla oil in a pot and cook over low heat with onions first.
STEP 5/9
When onions become clear, add carrots and stir-fry for about a minute.
STEP 6/9
Now add 300ml of water and half a bowl of rice and bring to a boil while stirring slightly over medium heat.
STEP 7/9
When the water boils hard, reduce the heat to low again and add the torn crami and bring to a boil while stirring for about a minute.
STEP 8/9
After 1 minute, add the pre-mixed egg and stir for about 30 seconds. And season it. Crami is salty, so taste it first and season it with salt. I added 1/2 teaspoon of salt and it was perfect
STEP 9/9
Transfer porridge to bowl and sprinkle with sesame salt.
